You want it, and you gonna go all out to had it. It's not going to be easy when you want to change. It's not easy. If it were that easy, everyone would do it. But if you are serious, you go all out. I am in control here. I am not gonna let this get me down. I'm not gonna let this destroy me. I'm coming back. And I'll be stronger and better because of it. Take full responsibility for your life. It's accepted where you are and responsibility that you wanna take yourself where you want to go.

The portion I took important for everybody - don't give up, don't give a yearn. There's always an answer to everything.
